Oil: green gold; and wine: the pleasures of both white and red
GASTRONOMYGASTRONOMY
Oil: green gold
Ancient olive trees, sunny terraces, centuries-old plants: a territory with a Mediterranean climate that offers high quality extra virgin olive oil.

Wine: the pleasures of both white and red
On gentle slopes kissed by the sun, and thanks to the combination of the Mediterranean climate of Lake Garda and that of temperate alpine slopes, vines are grown with passion, from which fine Trentino wines and sparkling wines are born, such as Marzemino, Schiava, Merlot, Nosiola, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and typical Vino Santo.
Don't miss out on a tour of the local producers' cellars.
Only on Lake Garda can you fish the rare carpione (large carp), together with trout, whitefish, tench, and pike.
Typical of the area of Arco is Carne Salada: try it raw as an appetizer or cooked with beans and seasoned with olive oil: a real local delicacy!
